Rain clearing with an improving picture

Rain will be clearing eastwards to allow increasingly fine conditions to develop across the board.

Any lingering heavy rain from Sunday night will continue to push eastwards through Monday morning.

Perhaps a damp commute for some with risk of road surface spray, but an improving picture as skies clear eastwards to give way to sunshine, with temperatures rising to 18°C or 19°C further south.
