Conditions across parts of the UK and Ireland will become windier into Wednesday night, with some areas covered by weather warnings for strong winds. The peak of these gusts will be felt across Scotland, particularly western Scotland, Orkney and Shetland, with gales of around 60 to 65 mph Wednesday night.
