Have you tried it yet?
Using Weather & Radar with Android Auto

Weather & Radar is now compatible with Android Auto, so that you can know your weather on your journey.

Have you tried it out in your car yet, and do you know how to use it? Take a watch of our video explainer above to find out!

We've had some wet, windy and stormy weather lately, so we are very glad to be your weather companion on the road, so that you can stay up to date with the latest weather.

All you need is an Android smartphone, a car that supports Android Auto and the latest app version 2023.3.1 downloaded. Once you have that, simply connect your phone to your cars, select the Weather & Radar app icon and you're good to go!

Split-screen mode is also available if your car display supports wide resolution, so you can see the weather along your route whilst navigating.

The WeatherRadar will display the current satellite and precipitation type, while the RainfallRadar, which you can select via the layers icon, will only show you precipitation intensity, both of which are zoomable and will update automatically with your location.

The full precipitation type key can be found inside our mobile app, with blue indicating rain, pink snow and salmon freezing rain. Yellow circles represent lightning strikes. Temperature is also displayed.

It's also available for Android Automotive, and just in case you thought we forgot about you, Apple users, CarPlay integration is in the making too. We have lots of big ideas, so keep your eyes peeled and let us know what you think!
