Split in conditions with Sun and rain

A split in conditions across the UK and Ireland for Tuesday.

Conditions differ on Tuesday, with plenty of sunshine across much of England but cloud and rain elsewhere in the UK and Ireland.

Light showers begin the day over northern England and areas of Scotland and Ireland, while initial light cloud clears into the afternoon for much of the rest of England.

With highs of up to 27°C in London the peak of the day with slightly cooler highs of 20°C and 21°C for Edinburgh and Dublin respectively.
