We're thrilled to share that Weather & Radar has been a pioneer this year, marking our presence on Android Auto as the first-ever fully integrated weather app.

A sneak peak into the upcoming features joining Weather & Radar on Android Auto include:

  • Interactive maps - now you can swipe and explore more details
  • Enhanced radars - our TemperatureRadar and WindRadar will be animated
  • Tailored weather alerts - stay informed on the go!

The update also introduces enhanced customisation options and settings. Users will be able to set a default radar layer upon start-up, fine-tune map label sizes, and select their preferred units.

Additionally, numerous behind-the-scenes improvements have been made to ensure a smoother and more optimised experience.
